I got married 3 weeks ago and now that I have settled in better and have time to handle papers, where do I go from here? What do I need to apply for? Please give me some information on AOS, AP & work permit I have no clue. Thanks guys!

Yes you apply for AOS now. In that package you include the EAD and AP the fees for those are waived when filing with the AOS. It takes about 90 days to receive the EAD/AP card.

You should file before Dec. 23 since the fees go up there! You fee now is $1,070

Once you have your marrige certificate you can apply for AOS, I know Los Angeles county usually has a very long waiting time regarding that. Sometimes up to 2 months from what I've heard but hopefully it goes much quicker for you to get it.

Thank you Georgia and Scandi! Yes, well I guess I can't apply yet since I don't have the lisence yet, bummer! Hopefully we get it before the fee rises. Still not as frustrating as the k1 visa process, at least. All the best to you guys!
