Our K-1 was sent on 2-9-16 and received on 2-12-16 (according to USPS Tracking) and still waiting on the NOA1 text/email or check cashed. Seems like an unusually long wait according to other people's timelines. Looks like this will have to be a case where a call will have to be in order if not notified during the next couple days. If for some reason the text/email was not sent, you'd think the check would be cashed or the hard copy would be on its way as well.

Another thing I don't understand is the routing between the Texas and California centers. Apparently all applications go to the Texas Lockbox, or so I've heard, and some are sent to California by demand?

Wondering if anyone has had any other unnecessary delays waiting for their NOA1 text/email/hardcopy this month? Its possible the situation will resolve itself within a 2 week timeframe (and I know monday was a holiday) hopefully.

You need to be WAY more patient!!! it's been 7 days since they received it and that include a weekend and a holiday. You'll get your NOA1 early next week. Did you add the form G-1145 to your package?

All petitions are being process at California service center do to backlog in Texas service center.

Woke up to a message by my fiancé saying he received the text/email for NOA1 ?

Praying there won't be any RFE/delays ?? from this point onwards and expecting to get NOA2 by 1st week of April according to the timeline. ?

Ours got a tad bit delayed, too due to delayed USPS delivery and the monday holiday. You'll get your NOA1 soon, too! ?
