After 109 days of waiting (with an RFE), our status online changed to Case Approved! Our NOA2 is on the way. I am in shock because we have just replied and it only took 5 days to get approved from our RFE. GOD IS SO GOOD, what a beautiful birthday gift (It really is what I asked for in my prayers). (L) I am at work and I feel like crying! :crying:

It depends on your embassy. Here we got an e-mail and in that were links to all the places we had to go (DS-160 and where we sign up to pay and book interview). I don't know who yours does it but I'm very sure that they will guide you through it all :)

Just out of curiosity... has anybody tried using the customer service message tool instead of calling for NVC case number? I was browsing the website and there is the form you can fill out and ask the status of your case....

My fiancé just told me the CO said to "be in contact" after the interview. They kept his passport and from what I've read in the January thread that typically means approved but I guess the CO was really rude. We don't really know what to do at this point.

Found out we were denied K1 2016-08-02

Now waiting to booking wedding date at courthouse on Monday (lady who handles it is out of the office until Monday). God is good. Feels good to have him home...
