Were both names on the hotel receipt? Did you submit boarding passes of the trips?

Hotel receipt is under her name only. Boarding passes no, because i lost mine during the time im shifting to another place.

Do any of you have the flight itinerary? Stamps in your passport? Pictures with family?

Hey guys I'm freaking out.

My fiancé was given the "congratulations your visa has been approved, come and pick it up on Tuesday" after his interview. So he was supposed to pick up his visa sometime today from the embassy and before he went they called him and said they are still issues we are trying to resolve so we will let you know either tomorrow (Wednesday) or Thursday to come and pick it up. We will call you. Wait for our call.

What do you guys think? Should we worry? I am freaking out.....we have worked so hard to get here.

Since they say they will call and it should be ready for either tomorrow or Thursday, then I wouldn't be worried yet :)

Don't worry pearl. They have clearly stated either Wednesday or Thursday for the pick up. :) It sounds like you just have to wait for additional days. Congratulations! :D

Thank you so much jozelle26. Its really hard not to worry when you have no control of the situation and don't really know what they mean by "still resolving some issues" or not knowing what is causing the delay. Worse when they say they will call either tomorrow or Thursday....thats two days of not knowing. Wish they could have been specific to him but he was afraid to ask incase they think he has something to hide.

I'm a bit confused. Please write everything that you have put in the package to proof you have met. And is everything with dates on it?

I've never seen an RFE letter but maybe somone who has can confirm. Is that really from USCIS? It has grammatical errors in it.

My fiancee received a mail today informing us they needed more evidence. We submitted photos, tickets from places we visit together ( Dubai & Philippines ) , copy of hotel reservation here in Dubai, visa and passport photos, phone bills and emails / snail mail. We don't know what else to present since as far as we know we already sent what they needed. Or maybe we need to mention our wedding date or plans? Please help this is getting confusing now. We do not know what else should we do. We really thought we covered our bases in showing that my fiance and I have met in person per USCIS's guidelines. If anyone has any comments, please help if you can.
