After 91 days we finally got APPROVED???????. I can relax that it's not lost in black hole. Heads up those still waiting it will eventually come.

12/26/16....Baby due date ( it's a girl )

10/29/16.....Biometric letter for 11/9/16

11/08/16..... Successful walk-in for biometrics

12/**/16..... She arrived our baby girl was born

Congrats! That's how it felt for us. Either way, there's the occasional person that has to wait the full 5 months. That would drive me crazy.

Once I have my NVC case number, do I need to be in the U.S. waiting for anything? Because I have a flight booked to stay with my fiancee so that we can be together all the way to the interview.

The answer is No, I am also leaving soon to be with my fiance but i would suggest that you have all the necessary documents to take with you, each consulate ask for different things. Good Luck to you...
