Thank you so much for helping me this is making it easier for me. Also I was on the USCIS website and it looks like I need to send the form g-1145 notification of acceptance for the petition? Is this what you all did too? Right now I know to send the i-129f with the g-325a that my fiancé will send to me with her photo. Is this correct? Any other things I should send? Thank you so much again!!

We both send you links to the guide where it pretty much tell you all there need to be in your package so read that :)

You don't have to send in the G-1145 but I would recommend in since you'll get a text and e-mail when someting happens with your case :)

Alright cool thank you! I'm so impatient to get this all done. I want to make sure this goes perfectly without messing up. It's always easier for me to see how you all do it instead of having to read about it.

I know but this is just a process there have to be read on because each case is different.

Read it and gather your package and then you can always ask more questions. We are all here to help you but you need to read up on the K-1 process and after that the AOS because many forget this and don't know what to do, the requirements and how expensive it will be :)

If you have boarding passes they are great evidens of having met in person, also stamps in her passport (don't think you get stamps for visiting France)

Tickets of stuff you have done that might can support the pictures of you guys.

This is what we have in our package BUT like I said every case is different. If one of you have been married before they need proof of divorce.

Contents include:

- Payment in the amount of $340.

- G-1145

- I-129F – Signed by petitioner

- I-129F Supplement: to prove website is not a IMBRA

- G-325A - signed and passport style photo (Petitioner)

- G-325A – signed and passport style photo (Beneficiary)

- Birth certificate (Petitioner)

- Letter certifying intent to marry (Petitioner and Beneficiary) - signed

- Proof of having met in person in the past two years

- Proof of ongoing relationship

Hi I'm just starting the I-129f and need some help please. My fiancé is from France and trying to bring here to Los Angeles. We have been together for a year and a half so is this still ok? Also it says it needs a passport type picture of both of us within the 30 days of sending the form. So she needs to take a picture and send it to me through mail? It's says $340 fee so this is right and what is the address I send my envelope with the form too? What is everything that you put in your envelope besides the form and check? Like pictures and what else? Sorry for so many questions. You all are my only help and want to do this correctly. All the help would be best on my journey to bringing my fiancé home finally... Thank you!!

For the passport photo i just had my fiance take one in Russia and send via email. Then Target has where you can upload the photo for passport size. (I think it was $10)

Can see your NOA1 date is wrong in your timeline, just trying to help so you won't get disappointed if it doesn't come with the estimate :)

I'm not sure which date to use haha...The date it says on the letter, when I got the text, or when the case number says it was received.

The text you got with the number is your NOA1 :) It can be confusing :)
