RFE stands for Request For Evidence. Which could be anything, and they specify only through the letter they will send you what it was that was filled in wrong or is missing.

Did you have to guess at case numbers to check the end of Feb? Mine was received 2/29 and I don't know how to accurately change the case number to look at a earlier days on the app...would love to know the secret :)

well those who got the REF their received day is on 25th feb based on the register day of uscic but they got an email of 29th feb or further than this. basically I use Android so it gives you the chance to see the cases before you or even after with changing the number of applications. For iphone is slightly different.

Finally APPROVED on day 85 after an RFE! I fell asleep early today so it was a nice surprise to wake up to. I am so thankful to finally be moving on to the next step! Thank you all for your well wishes and good luck to everyone still waiting!

2016-08-22: Got married;

Filing for AOS, EAD and AP from K1 visa

2016-09-09: Filed for AOS;
2016-09-11: AOS package delivered at PO box in Chicago;

2016-09-19: Texts and e-mails received for AOS, EAD and AP;

2016-10-01: Received biometrics appointment notice letter - Appointment has been made for 2016-10-11;

2016-10-11: Biometrics appointment;

When do I fill out a DS-160 and get my medical appointment and interview? My case currently shows 'In Transit'?

Really depends per country how they want to do that. Try the Belgium US consulate website.

I just came back from getting my body filled with poison for my vaccination requirements. To find the letter from the embassy! Letting me know I can register online and have to send the barcode. Will do that tonight as I sadly have to work.

NVC received our packet today, no case number yet but hell yeah!
