Thanks everybody! I think what really helped was them expediting it to the NVC. Feels good to be done with this part. Interview was supper easy since we were together. The people that came alone were really stressed. Good luck to all of you. I'm going to enjoy Rio now!!

So thrilled for you guys. I wish I could be at the interview with my fiancé but can't because of work, tight budget, school, etc...urrgh!!

Same thing here, work/studying/tight budget, but corss fingers for the best :) Main thing is real relationships and complete honesty.

My NVC status changed to "ready", does it mean it's ok to book the medical now right? And maybe pay that fee so it goes through in time.

Why? are they going to transfer some of the applications to other centers to release some of the backlog at CSC?

There aren't any backlog at CSC...

Anyone's file sent to Nebraska Service center

You are listed as a I-1 visa?
