just look past whatever it says on there for except the one in Blue of course... the rest is not for us.

We already sent all the other forms like affidavit and DS-260 with the I-129F package. Unless they need a new copy of these.

I still have to wait for the invoice number, probably calling later tonight, the agent said they were working on it right now.

Maybe I can schedule the interview when she is here if I am lucky :D that would be a coincidence.

Ds-260 why? That's for spouse visa and you submit that online ds-160 is for k-1 visa and is also online. It'll be explained when you hear from the embassy

I got my Case number this morning after waiting for good 18 days and the case was transferred to Manila on 4/28. I think I'm done here and wish all those waiting all the best- please have some patience, don't stress over it- its going to happen sooner or later. I made my first call this morning and no need to call every few hours, it puts one in deep depression and stress for things you cannot control. This process is difficult but patience is a virtual. Good luck every body and God bless :)

This is what my fiance told about that invoice ID (when he got it from the NVC) "That is to pay for the interview, when you are paying for it that invoice number should pop up". It gets confusing at times.

I was wondering if anyone had the same issue as me filling DS160. When I use the photograph, the site accepts is and it looks ok at the page where it was accepted but then when I preview the form the picture gets all blurry. I've tried using different resolution and quality(within the accepted lines), it's all the same - clean and clear picture gets all blurry in preview or if I print out the DS160. I've read somewhere that it's not a big issue as long as you take an extra photograph with you to the interview.

Hi Ree Ren,

Thank you for pointing that out... I had that problem as well.

Does anyone know by any chance when you bring extra photographs to the interview does that need to be the exact same photograph or could it be new US passport photographs?

Thanks.

Can be new :) Doesn't matter they just have to be taking within 6 months. (And if you haven't had any big change with hair or something)

Well at least it's not just me, good to know ^_^ After all the little paper details I have a feeling I'm going to dream of all the papers soon.

Was going to say this, but Georgia was first:

Yeah, good luck Georgia with your interview! Considering how much you help people on the forums you are going to be a K1 sensei soon

I find this an interesting subject. My fiancee is required by her country to wear a hijab for her passport. However, the passport photos we submitted of her she is not wearing it as she is not required to wear it in China. Also, the pictures we have taken together as proof of having met have no pictures of her in a hijab either. I've always wondered if this will cause some type of RFE or confusion.

Should she show up to the interview in a hijab? lol, that would be too much.

Very interesting subject. Have a great day.

For american passport photos she can have it on though they need to see the hairline.

They do require new photos if people went from long black hair to short blond hair ...

And No she should come as she wants to...

Her hair is not allowed to shown on Iran's passports but all of her is shown elsewhere. As always, thanks Georgia.
