I already got the hard opt in the mail...does my fiancé need it for the interview?

This is it!!! NOA2 Approved!!!!!!!! Got a notification from the appp! Goodluck to those waitinggg!!!!!!! Praying for everyone! Im so happy!!!!

I spoke too soon this morning, apparently we were approved yesterday but there was no text or update. I refreshed the page this morning and nothing but just now it's approved!!!!!!!!!! YES!!

Sorry for the late congrats guys, but that's great news! :) I am so happy for you all and hope many others will follow :dancing:

does cosponsor must be a family member? My fiance have not started with his new job since he just got out from his military program. We are preparing for plan B which is getting a cosponsor..

Hi evryone! We are now in 62 days of waiting for our noa2. We filed ours last feb 26. I saw some cases getting their noa2 already. Does anyone out there who filed in the same date as ours and still waiting for their noa2? Thank u guys.

You can see it at Igor's list. Just set it to unapproved petitions.

Though there will be some people among there just don't update their timelines...

But many from your date is waiting..

Hey, I'm in the same boat as you. Got my NOA1 on Feb 27. The app says Feb 24 though, which is confusing to me. Anyway I am sticking with the day of the text/email for the NOA1, which was at 6am on Saturday, Feb 27, also kind of weird. Still waiting on the NOA2, and I see that a lot of cases are being updated today and yesterday within a few hundred cases of mine. So that's encouraging. I cringe every time I see the date pushed back on my timeline.

Also hey! You're in Fayetteville TN? My family lives in Nashville/Murfreesboro and I used to live there too. I love California but definitely miss TN a lot.

Seems like you don't really understand how it works.

The NOA1 date is the e-mail/text you got. You most likely got it friday the 26th maybe you just received it 27th because of time differens.

It's the one the use to notice you that they have received it, the payment is good at the will process it.

This NOA1 is the one we use here in VJ for our timelines. (You should probably update yours to 26th)

The other date you have on the App that says the 24th is the day they received your case and got it in the system.

This is the date they use.
