It will still be in for the day the received it all the did was correcting the name problem. You should hear something soon :)

Hello!

I wonder if that would work the same with my case...

So on February 22 our case was received and on February 25 we got a NOA1 email and text. For some reasons our NOA1 hard copy was returned to USCIS on March 17 and that's the last update we got. Of course we sent an online inquiry about the notice that we didn't receive and on April 11 we finally got it but the NOA1 hard copy date is April 5...

So my concern is if I'm still a February filer or maybe April filer?

What date does it say when you enter your receipt number on the webpage?

It still just should be February :)

Please have a look at the attached case history and current case status.

I'm kind of worried about it but if our hard copy just got lost instead of returned to USCIS they would never find out about it and we would still be considered as a February filers... I have no idea how does it work there though.

We shouldn't have any red flags...we did meet online so I can see maybe an RFE for that but nothing that would cause extra scrutiny.

Yes, same here. We did not include the site's TOS.

If you put the name of the website it might be ok if it's well known. My fiance didn't mention the website. Just that we met online and then met in person and what dates they were. they RFE us for the TOS and wanted to know the name of the site we met on.

Now im worried i'll get a RFE. I did not specify what website we met on. Before filing I searched so much online trying to find out what they want u to put for that question. Everyone said just a couple lines explaining how you met in person would be good. I wrote that we met on an online chat website but didn't think I needed to say which one :( I also explained how we met in person.

They haven't always been so in to the online thing it mostly the last 6 months that people have gotten RFE's for that.

All you can do is wait and see if you get one or not if you do the it's an easy fix you can respond to right away.

You might be ok. I don't know if interpals is one of the more common ones but it's certainly well known. You mentioned the site name and if the person reviewing your file is familiar with it they will know it isn't an international marriage broker, you also don't pay any fees for interpals so hopefully you will be fine.
