Be careful in the Philippines. USEM is taking their time about sending out approved visa's and CFO can be a very easy experience if she knows about you and little things they like to ask which I call "gotcha's". If you haven't been to my website (link is in my signature below at the red twisting arrow) you should go and read up on the "gotcha" questions they ask. You guys discuss it and she needs to be confident or they will be sharks on a minnow if you know what I mean. Hold off on the purchase of the ticket till you have the visa in hand. In my years here I have seen some get them in two days from interview to some 30 to 45 days. You just don't know. One guy had to pay over $600 to switch the dates of travel because her visa was delayed.

Thanks for all the help you give to folks on this board. As advised, I won't be purchasing a ticket until she has both a CFO stamp and a Visa in per possession.

:clock: Three years ago when my wife processed for a K-1 visa it was taking anywhere from 90 - 120 days to get the application approved. You guys are so lucky that it is only 30 to 60 days. I learned a long time ago that patience is a godsend. I learned not to look at websites or apps It only causes headaches. We are now on removal of conditions on her green card at that can take up to one year to receive. I installed the app when I sent the documents (keep in mind we didn't have an app three years ago) and I haven't looked at the app since installation. It will ring when the ROC has been approved and nothing I do or look or stomp my feet will make it come any sooner. I sleep real well at night.

Good luck to all and stop worrying and checking websites and apps. It will be approved when it is approved. :)

Yep, the Lady almost gave me hope asked for my receipt number and then asked for birthday date and I was like yeaaah but then she quickly said it wasn't in the system and then the 35 days blah blah blah ... :D So yeah I'm also trying today again :rofl:

But haven't seen one single person approved between 21st-25th of March (or after) there have gotten the case number yet.

I just checked the app I saw a lot of new approvals (28 if I'm not mistaken lol like I said I'm tracking around 250 I-129f cases before and a couple after mine just to see cases getting ticked off 1 after another ?✌?️) The approvals included 3 cases right before mine and 2 others a couple cases after mine (a little bummed mine wasn't included yet but at least I'm seeing approvals!) so, i'm keeping my fingers crossed that we'll receive ours soon, too! :)

Sending out LOTS AND LOTS AND LOTS of goodlucks to everyone waiting for their NOA2 like me! Just a little more patience ;)
