For VJ members here's the list:

http://www.visajourney.com/timeline/monthly_filers.php?cfl=

Otherwise you can check on the app under the search option. I have mine set to a couple hundred before my case number because it shows 500 cases (on the iPhone app) and I can see what's happening right before and right after my case.

Thanks! I have the android app and I don't think it has that kind of search option (I can't find it if it does), but the VJ lists are helpful!

Unfortunately, the list can only give a true picture of who hasn't been approved as long as members update their Timelines. I see a lot of petitions from early 2015 not showing approved and that's probably not the case. Again, that's why so important to update everyone theirs Timelines. If members do not update their information, the list proves to be useless and pointless. Edited by MandyAlex

I have the iphone app but I have used the android on my son's tablet. The android version can search 150 cases so you do have that option in there :)

Now my question is... Does she need to write this up and send me the signed copy or is it sufficient to write one up, sign it and scan me a copy to print? I want to fedex this ASAP and waiting 3-4 days for DHL to deliver the document to me is time lost at this point. The evidence they state that is acceptable is a statement of intent to marry (easy enough) wedding preparations (a little harder considering we have no idea when this will all be approved) or other evidence that clearly establishes her intent to marry (somewhat vague) Facebook status change/posts? Engagement ring pics? Video of her making the statement burned to disk? lol I don't want to chance anything but I also don't want to waste any time whatsoever.

Thanks!!

There are some good suggestions in this thread in how to handle the "original signature" debacle. http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/491361-original-signatures-for-letter-of-intent-and-g-325a/

If it were me I would create the letter and then in front of a notary, sign the document and have the notary affix their "stuff" and then scan and email it. Having it notarized basically says you signed the document in front of them so the signature is "true".

This is what we wrote on a letter.......( see attachment). The signature I think needs to be a WET signature (Original) but not sure. I did send the letter with a wet signature anyways ........

No.... I sent in a scanned letter (Intent to Marry) from the beneficiary and we were approved with no RFE

For those asking how you know what other applications arrived on the same day as yours–I did not know until recently that you can tell by looking at your receipt number. See here: http://www.visajourney.com/content/uscis-receipt-number

So using this I can see in the app that a little under 300 applications were received on the same day as mine.

Just got off the phone with USCIS and they confirmed that a scanned copy of the Beneficiary's Intent To Marry in the United States is sufficient when replying to an RFE

So just got the text and email that we were RFE'd and I know I shouldn't upset but it's hard not to be. I have absolutely no idea what they could need I had everything on the list. I checked and double checked and triple checked. The waiting to know what it is is gonna kill me. Anyway it is what it is, does anyone know how long it takes to get the hard copy to know what your RFE is?
