Hi! I'm about to be interviewed on Feb 22nd at Manila Embassy for our K1 petition.

So far, I got the following as far as Affidavit of Support is concerned:

1. 2014, 2015, 2013 (Tax Returns) (Turbotax)

2. 2014/2013/2012 W2s

3. Verification certificate from his current job

Additional question would be, is it gonna be alright if the I-134 Form (Affidavit of support) would be his new job which he just started December 30, 2015. Or should I as well keep his old I-134 from his job from July to December 2015 and his certificate of employment too?

You only need the latest Tax return/ W2; If you have the 2015 then present 2015. If not, 2014 will do.

The I-134 based on the new job is fine and bring also all necessary docs to support his previous employment. It seems that the tenure of his jobs are short, span of months for 2015. Be ready to answer if asked.

His 2015 Tax returns are expected to be done and approved March 2015. He already filed it. His jobs are short term as he's been studying (Bachelor's) but he already graduated last December. I hope that answer would suffice though. Thanks for responding!

Use the 2014 tax returns. Did he meet the minimum income requirement? Otherwise, you need a co-sponsor.
