Application error for DS-261

Hey guys!

Has anyone encountered "application error" please try again later" once you hit review to continue? I've tried submitting it through all the browsers out there and got the same error message. I called NVC and all they said was that they have to send it for a supervisor review and get IT to try to resolve the problem.

Here's the messed up part, when I log into the ceac portal, I can already pay my AOS fee. I took the opportunity to pay it. I can't submit ds-261 yet I can pay one of the fee.

Anybody else encountered this issue?
