I-130 and I-485 for me (h-1b) since married

Hi, all,

This forum is really great. I absolutely appreciate all help and http://www.visajourney.com/content/i130guide2 is a real life savior. I'm currently now in US with H-1b (extended till 2017) and got married last year to US citizen, my wife. We are now about to fill i-130 and I-485.

If this is possible could someone help me clarify couple of things around I-130 and I-485.

For i-130

- what kind of Evidence of a bonafide marriage do we really need? we currently live together (lease for both name) and we have been together for 2 year.

For i-485

- Copy of the non US Citizen Spouses Passport (biographical page as well as entry stamps). She does not have one now yet. Birth certificate maybe?

- I-94. Since my I-94 is extended by 2nd company, I should submit both: original and extended, correct?

- G-325a same as for I-130?

- Main question: I-864 Affidavit of Support. I'm currently working and majority of our family income is coming from me ~ 90%. My wife is a studen/ part time worker with income ~19k annual. If I submit MY last 2 year tax declaration will it be enough? Or how should be handle this? Also is there any good sample of this document for simmilar case? I find it hard understanding a bit.

- Main Question 2 : i-765. We are category 7-a, correct? What kind of support document do I need to provide? Employment letter?
