I have two kids.

My husband has one.

In part 5 do I list all three of the children? None of which are from our marriage, but his daughter is also filing for ROC.

Both my husband and daughter received their GC 08/2014 but my stepdaughter had to get her corrected and it didn't come until October. So do I go by the first GC date or the correct one when it comes to filing ROC?

You only have to list the legal and biological children of the person applying to remove conditions on his or her greencard. Some people also list step children, but this is unnecessary.

You'll want to go by the date the permanent residence began.
