Sponsorship question

Hey guys! I got an RFE a week ago basically telling me that my co-sponsor doesn't make enough money to sponsor me. The reason we needed a co-sponsor is because my fiance only has one year of tax returns and he didn't really make enough to sponsor me, and last year for the majority of the year he was with me in germany therefore he hardly even worked and he had no job when we filed. Now, my husband has a job, and he even make enough to sponsor now! The only problem is we only have 1 months worth of pay stubs to show that he makes 500 before tax a week, roughly 24k a year before taxes. Can he sponsor me now? Or do I still need a co-sponsor?

I would describe your new situation in the evidence letter. Add the one pay stub (copy of course). Better would be to get a letter from the employer that this will be a permanent employment and what the salary is. Or/and find another co sponsor who makes enough money. I guess that's the options you have. Viel Glueck!
