have anybody receive call from uscis regarding I94.

somebody call us today says that you guys did not fill I94 back in 2013. he said you have to pay 1000 right now. you can't hangup your ph if you hangup your phone we can't help. cops come to your house and they gone depot you.

also he have just his name. he said you are gc holder. but he is become citizen last year.

i want to know ever anybody call to anyone from uscis.

they said that right way you have to pay with money order. even they are not giving you right information. do you think uscis know he is citizen or gc holder.
