The last time I read an owner's manual of any sort was like 1ManyMany2.... You know, when Tark was Many years old...

We were in fact Many years old in that year, got it first try man.

Now making VC coffee.

You'd better do something to make amends, what with always cannibalizing them in sandwiches, good grief man.

I made roast beef yesterday. it had a hug fatty chunk on the inside that annoyed me. There's no way to tell it's there when you buy it! :( I over cooked it a bit but it was still good.. the little bit of meat I could get off it. Potatoes and stuff turned out really well in the store bought sauce. I didn't have all the ingredients for the other sauce I like but I'll google something new for when hubs is home (I have another roast.)

Tomorrow i'm making chicken the way my mom did it. Should be entertaining.

I remember years ago, I had a friend in north Carolina. His mom made an awesome chicken. It's almost like a fricassee...with herbs and spices.

I only had it once, but I still remember it as one of the best chicken dishes I've ever had the pleasure of eaten...

I hit my foot hard on something on Saturday and I'm sure I hit a nerve. The pain, the tingling, the coldness. FML.

If'n you lose the template collection and shove real thoughts from brain to keyboard - hey ! Anything is possible ! I'm rooting for ya ! But don't get hung up with the concept of 'prolific'. Many times - it's quality vs quantity, in that path for change.
