No I meant when shopping buying family packs of meat then just separate them into ziplock bags so you save more money. So if you're doing something with chicken just once that week instead of buy a small pack with 2 breast you get a lager pack so you can freeze the rest.

I only like freezing things like cabbage rolls or lasagna. Since most of the time those take more work so I make a bigger batch to freeze on purpose for the lazy days.

I hate the same old same old too, I need variety.

Some of my friends get this meal planning recipes emailed to them. That is something you may like. I think it gives you a shopping list too. I know they pay a subscription for it and have no clue what it is called.

I'm sure if you're on Pinterest you can probably find something similar.

They are probably working

Oh i totally buy meat in bulk. Like several lbs of ground beef, chicken, etc... my ex and I used to buy 1/4 to a 1/3 of a bison. I keep bugging hubs about a deep freeze. I want him to go get an elk and some turkey or something to fill it with!

She seems okay with living off of a house made from garage sale/thrift store finds. All the power to them.

Ok good. Then it should be easy get started.

Hardest part will be sitting down and planning your week of meals.

I used to do the whole month planned :D I tell you once you get the hang of it it's so nice. You don't have to spend your day trying to figure out what to make for supper.

I have to find some white people coolie labor. Because the whites used yellow coolie labor a century ago....

Look, see?

https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Coolie

so put out an ad in the local university job center. Hire a college boy, or a team of them ! They always looking for manual labor jobs that pay cash.

I treat my husband like a child in this regard - you eat what I put in front of you unless it tastes really awful (which has happened maybe once).

Never buy a roku stick. Slowest PITA available.

eh - i have a sony blueray player with ethernet port (not wireless). It's sweet ! Got it used for 20 bucks 4 years ago, and it works really well ! The software updates are cool, too - and you can add in other streaming services manually - so it mirrors that Roku Stick, in functionality. I never could understand the Roku thingie, and for me, that's saying a lot.

Why you use a Roku Stick? Or why you wanted it prior to buying it ? :o
