This fish is all along the mid-Atlantic seaboard right now. The rock pile is about 45 miles from me. My boat doesn't have heat. And it's friggin cold...the last time I used my own boat for cod fishing was 2006. Now, I charter.

Portugal was involved in this war, goes back centuries. Google "the Portuguese white fleet". Spain, all those countries.
