Man tark and dark can't be at the same place at the same time...

there's a good reason for that. One always ends up threadbanned.

Jerp needs oil change too. It needs more than that, but the rest will have to wait on the cost of the recent bout of medical expenses. I hate costing myself money. UGH. I feel like I'm just throwing $$ out the window, and because I'm not working I'm not bringing anything in.

Still have to see how much all this stupid tonsil business is gonna cost me. My ear is hurting today. I feel like when you can't unplug your ear after flight take off. I probably should make an appointment for Monday as a check up if it's still hurting.

In the good old days they just removed the tonsils, and never again another issue. At some point they decided tonsils were needed, but I've never hear the why behind it. Got mine yanked as a kid.

They're actually really important for developing immune systems in children. That's why mine were never taken out as a child. They're the first line of defense against virus and bacterial infections. I think in Canada they're less likely to take them out too even as adults due to the cost unless it's needed. The ENT told me it's my choice but because I've abscessed the last two times with tonsillitis, they recommend that they come out. If this state did paid sick leave I'd be more likely to do it. However due to how much we've already paid into our deductible, this may be a good year to do it anyhow since it might actually push us over the threshold into the insurance paying for it. I had a feeling this year when picking insurance that we needed something more substantial but decided against it due to rarely getting sick. It's biting me in the ###... er... throat?

I get insurance through work and we only get one option. Sometimes I wish the company would drop insurance, pay us what they contribute, and let us go get our own. Our insurance really sucks, and its expensive too. I just got a notice the other day our insurer will be dropping this plan and my company will need to chose a new plan again. It seems like the same thing happens every year and then we pay more for less coverage.

Good luck on your tonsillitis. But I'd yank the sucker while you have the chance, or you might end up losing even more work over the issue.

It's hubs insurance through the feds. We have a lot of options through there at a discount. So that's good, but it's high deductible. BUT it comes with an HSA that can help pay for any of the expenses so they're not actually out of pocket.

Thankfully my job pays for the extra things in our lives, and we can live off one income. I've provided work with a sick note from the Drs so they know I'm not faking it. Pretty sure they can't yank my job out from under me because of that. I'm staying home and resting like a good girl (bored out of my GD mind!)

is the oil changed yet Steve??? Do you use synthetic?

We use full synthetic on both the jeep and car, changes at 3k(ish). But our altitude and weather differences probably make up the difference for us. Jeep needs all the help it can get for hp. LOL Poor thing.

Strangely I never used synthetic in Canada. Probably would have been good on my Sebring tho considering.... Meh.
