I wouldn't even dream of getting work done I couldn't pay for and even if something came up, I would contact the person I owed to work out a payment plan. I don't get this mentality of skipping on bills at all.

Me either but some people do it. Obviously. I don't know if people dont realize that they're nit just creating an issue for the owner but also for their employees or if they just dont care. Hopefully you guys can see through until another job opens up.

It's not, but the baby loves her. Tiff likes her. Her hours are flexible. Her salary is reasonable.

I think that's because I'm able to identify my own flaws and divert her away from them.
