We're getting a surprise snow storm tonight. And a blizzard Tuesday.

I was here yapping to big guy and Jr. It's rare that all 3 of us are here at the same time.

I'm wrapping things up, I'm taking a few days off for Chinese New year, starting tomorrow lol....

That reminds me, I have to go get a year of the horse year end countdown banana...

All right, the conversation is over. There's a game plan set in place.

Why did we have to spend hours and hours over the course of several days discussing this? It has nothing to do with the mission of this firm. It does have something to do with the smooth operation of it.

But why should it take my intervention for a day to go smoothly? There's someone being paid a more than fair wage to do that...

I shall now go home. And I'm not coming back for...

Um...

Until some time in the year of the monkey...

I get paid well (that's why I'm still around).

But so does the manager. He gets paid to manage people, and resources, and ensure the smooth operation of the business.

This guy is paid the mid 1s, a McDonald's manager is paid mid 50s. A school principal here is in the low to mid 1s.

And I'm betting that both the principal and the McDs manager can do better than him.

Man I just opened a bottle of 2011 merlot, and it's awesome....wow man...

Lemme take a pic...
