We obviously made it away from our desk last night without chair-rollering cat, no squished miu man.

Raining like an illegitimate male child today, second morn in row man.

We are about to inspect what's for lunch, see pre-ingest man.

Two construction workers ate their lunches together.

One would always lift the lid of his lunchpail and peer inside expectantly; however, his face would always fall and he'd mutter, "Nertz -- peanut butter again!"

His buddy finally said, "Well, if you're so tired of peanut butter, why don't you ask your wife to make you something different for a change?"

What a busy morning I had at work.

Dropped off a part at my friends garage for the Yukon. Went to dim sum. Went to bank. Went to buy wine across the street from the bank. I didn't even catch a nap...

And now, I need a nap....

I didn't even check the markets to see if we're rich or poor today...

That lot, it's a little small. It's a double lot already?

It was a good time

The pig was fantastic

The typical lot sold today is only 100 sq meters. But these lots were in the prime area of the development where they're 150 sq meters. Together we have 300 sq meters, which is 3 lots if subdivided today. Most people have next to nothing for a yard there. If you want more space, you move to the provinces, not the city. Building a home in the city generally cost much less than the land.

I'm not sure how large I'll build. At least 2000 and maybe up to a 3000 sq foot home. It will be two or three stories though.

I really wish we had bought 10 years ago. The price of land was a third of what it is today.
