That's what I did

Its always what I do, but then I also use an electric razor. You don't need to be quite as careful with those as you do with a blade.

Yeah I use a Gillette blade all the time...

I've used an electric razor for so long my face won't handle a blade now. Last time I tried I really cut myself up.

I think I looked worse than this guy when I was done.

The owner of the property next to mine called me yesterday.

Solicits me again without telling me what he wants for the 2 properties.

He inherited them from his dead brother. So it cost him nothing.

I know he owes 11k tax on the 2 properties.

I offered him 80k for the lower property.

I told him no one can get a mortgage on it, because it's dilapidated.

He says he knows that.

Now I know he's calling me because no one else is interested in this.

I'm like....dude....stop being an azz......

He did tell me that I can hunt on it though.

Next time her calls, because you know he will, tell him what your offer is on the properties. Then say every time he calls you again without either a counter offer or an acceptance, your offer will drop by 10 grand.

Or next time offer him your property because you're think on buying some land in PA, where the taxes are cheaper.

Yeah man....I sense that he's a greedy old man that's trying to get as much as he can from the properties.

Given the real property for that area, and the condition of the ranch, I say my offer is good.

The locals won't/ can't buy it.

The city folks are looking for a bargain, or a better house.

He's not a poor guy either. I know that Stan (The dead guy) left him a couple of buildings in Brooklyn too.

The 2 brothers hated each other. There was no will. So these properties are still in Stan's name.

SAT - weird - he didn't even counter, quickly, in the next sentence? Seems a tardo... Keep decreasing by 2K, says me, each phone call.

no, he never told me what he wants. He's an A-hole.

I told him this isn't Ebay. Tell me what you ###### want!

I'm not going to make him anymore more offers. This is it. I don't want the property that bad.
