Oh yeah lemme pull the pic up on my tablet....

You numb skull, whodahel carried a camera around in 96?

I got my first digital camera in maybe 98, it was a Kodak, and it was like a half a megapixel...

Then I got a Sony, it was huge, and it took a 3 inch disk....

And you were like, "wow man...."

Heck I have digital pictures of myself from the 60's. You know old film pics can be converted. There's things called scanners and even taking a digital pic of a film pic.

Been stressed all weekend. Daughters doctors appointment was moved to today instead of next week. They called us to come in earlier because the doctor will be out of town next week. They just happen to call us after she has the MRI. Now I worry they are using that as a cover story to get us in faster. I hope I'm being paranoid and he really is going to be out of town, even though he was already out of town last month.

On top of all that I can't go to the appointment because the boys are both in school, so I have no one to watch the two little ones. Her appointment isn't till 12:30.

can't ya just bring em all in ? or is it too traumatic for the boy ?

1- yes.

2- you see? In NYC, there's about a thousand free clinics for all. Legal, illegal, all funded by all kinda sources. Your money, my money, everybody's money except the illegals money. Free. Whodahel needed Obama care. That's a scam.

https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gouverneur_Health

She wouldn't be in NYC. And I'd be more concerned about medications than a few doctors appointments and tests.

any lanterns? symbolic or otherwise? I launched lanterns at the main garden space , it freaked out the locals.

Were there many abduction by aliens stories in the news afterwards?

Man 1996 was a good year. I caught the biggest striped bass I ever caught/ seen in my life.

7-2-96. There I was, braving the rough seas off ny's breezy point jetty. Using a 10 lb class outfit. My shimano 400s. A small grub as bait. Second or third cast and wham! 45 minute fight. 62 lb striped bass...

whoa ! who cooked it ?

There is a pic of that fish. My buddy and I holding on to it....

I had a boat at that time, but we fished off the rocks that night because the water was too rough...

Look it's Trophie with her bum foot...

No, a striped bass 50lbs or better is hard to come by. A 60 pounder is the catch of a lifetime.

In the past 20 years, I probably got a couple of 50s. And I lost a big one, tho I doubt that was a 60. Every year tho, I manage a lot of 40s.

There was a period where fishing had to take a backseat to other priorities. Maybe between 2000 to 2006, I hardly ever went fishing.

My husband comes home on Thursday

Great! (Wait, that's good, right?)
