If your wife has made her mind up to end it & pull the affidavit there's nothing anyone

here can tell you, or even an atty, you just wont make it to the US by way of your wife,

its been a while this is going on & if she is adamant about cancelling they cannot issue

you a visa.

Now it has to be a reason things broke down who knows which side is wrong, but at this

point only you could have made it happened by convincing her to work things out.call &

email the embassy about interview date...it can be that if you interview that's the date they

tell you the affidavit being pulled & petitioner requested that they do...happened to a poster kid

here a few weeks back..best of luck

She will have to give them proof of who she is and tell them why she wants to cancel. If she withdraws her petition completely then she will have to refile all over again if she changes her mind. If she is threatening to cancel anything you need to work on your marriage more then the interview. This process is stressful. Maybe spend some time together rekindle the fire if you cant fix the marriage there is no need to worry about the interview

Also. good luck getting information via the phone for the ISB embassy. It is quite difficult to get them on the phone and even harder to get questions answered.

U right I am doing same but she don't respond msgs,so if she unable to reach embassy throw phone.like u said it's difficult and I give interview and if they grant me visa .i will go to my wife and talk face to face to make her agree .cos it's difficult to make someone agree on phone when u so far.and specially when someone not listing or responding you.

You should work things out with you wife first. She may have called or maybe not. But if she is bend on canceling then she could even call on your interview day or even show up there or even worse (call for your visa to be canceled at POE).

You should work it out before things get worse.

I often see people saying "I love my spouse and I want to work things out" even when the spouse is adamant to end the relationship, from my point of view one sided love is not enough, period. I hope her silence between you two would give you a clue.

She can cancel your petition anytime, even 24 hours before you leave.
