So I sent my I-134 and Tax Transcripts to my Fiancee via USPS, however she does not trust the post office in her city (and I don't quite trust the USPS, especially because when I was in the office, they would not let me put her address down in Chinese, they required me to submit it translated to English), she has traveled abroad and sent herself packages, letters, and post cards for various other countries. 80% of them never arrived. So I want to send a second copy of these using a shipping service.

Does anyone have a company they have used in the past that will allow me to put the English and Chinese versions of her address on the shipping label?

I don't have any fears of the package arriving to China, it's just once it arrives in her city, English is not used at all, and foreigners are extremely uncommon, so without the ability to include the Chinese address I fear it will never arrive.

Or.. Can I Scan it and PDF it to her?

divorce docs on you ? need to show certified seal/chop/stamp, on a certified copy from the county records department, so this isn't emailable.

everything else is email-able.

No Divorce docs, just the Affidavit of Support, and Tax Returns/Transcripts.

This might not help that much but I mailed everything to my fiance using FedEx and I had no problems. I mailed it to her work office as we thought it would be safer then sending it to her apartment. I did this multiple times and had very good success.

The only issue I had was that it was expensive. I provided all of the evidence and paper work and I believe it was over 100 USD for each of the two packages I sent her.

The FedEx delivery guy in China called my wife and was very careful to make sure she got the package. The address was written in English and FedEx promised me it would be no problem. Maybe you can go into a FedEx/Kinkos and ask them?

Yep - that is exactly how I felt. As long as it gets there safely.

I would talk to the FedEx people and ask them what they think based on the address.

I used DHL all the time, the DHL will engage the local KUAIDI to deliver. Put the phone number down, they will call for delivery.

For Darnell... D docs need to be stamped? Now all the docs are emailed pdf.

ya, divorce decrees on uscitizens -

1. you were to submit a photocopy (showing the stamp/seal) with the I-129F

2. a certified photocopy, certified by the issuing authority or the original, shown on interview day.

__a. if the original, include a photocopy as well.

__b. certified what?how?where? this varies across the usa - some counties add another page, some put it on the back of the last page, some put it at the bottom of the last page. might be a stamp, might be embossed seal...

Hi Darnell, on the P4 that I see from kind citizens here, it says bring the divorce stuff original of applicant. It never say of petitioner. Only mentioned bring 134 support stuff of petitioner, i guess original as well.

Unfortunately no updates, from viewing other peoples timelines, it appears the GUZ has a track record of taking 30-40 days to deliver P3 to the beneficiary, so we still have 2 weeks to wait before we can schedule the interview.

I will be spending between $800 and $1400 to ensure that she receives the I-134, my tax transcripts, and all other paperwork I need to send her.
