hello. my wife had the interview on 01dec2015 in Montreal and we were put on administrative processing because of incomplete documents which is my original birth certificate and naturalization certificate. i sent it right away via UPS since we dont have any canada post here in the states. it has been 8 weeks and they told me that they still haven't received my paperwork. UPS confirmation stated that documents were delivered on 04dec2015. how long should I wait? any suggestions? should I hire a lawyer already?

What address did you send it to? And why do you need a lawyer for this, it's on the final stage waiting for your documents..

315 Place d'Youville Suite 500, Montreal, Quebec H2Y 0A4 CA. I'm getting frustrated. Initially they approved my case for expedite because of my vulnerability for deployment. I'm in the military and They are giving me a hard time.

Have you asked if offsite facility(315 Place d'Youville Suite 500) has it, because it shouldn't take that long..and why its not at the CO desk?
