I am in marriage since 2004 something like that..I lived with my wife until 2005 and left USA and never come back.We never devorced.

I will never go back to USA..

I am from Serbia and what do I need to devorce without showing my self there?

Off course I dont have visa and will not ask for, my wife also would like to devorce.

Please help with information what to do?

Thanks

Since you left the US, let her apply for the divorce

She can do that as she can show you abandoned her and returned home

paperwork can be done and sent to you to sign and she will file at court after you return it

I imagine she will ask you to sign giving up any material assests here in the US

sorry you feel bad about the US

It would cost more to do it this way I'll explain, but you will be in control and you will be assured it's taken care of.

Get a lawyer in her state. File it yourself, pay it yourself. You will then have the lawyer arrange someone to serve her the forms, not mail. Or mail signature certified to show she got them. Then she will sign and return it all, or if she does nt return it then it will go to court. They will allow you to phone call into court because you're away of the area and can't show up.

A judge will then grant the divorce. It's going to take time and money however.
