Is bbwadmire.com an IMB? [split topic]

looking at the terms and conditions it doesnt appear to be. A simple way to be sure you dont have issues with USCIS is to send a message to the admin of the site asking if they are a IMBRA and submit their response to USCIS with the terms and conditions page printout (providing the link it came from). Recently many people have gotten is this an IMBRA RFEs for anything that is online- even ones that are obviously not like gaming sites or facebook.

People that use IMBRA usually know it because it requires ID and a background check. They then disclose the background check to the person who was 'matched'. Failing to provide the background check is a violation of IMBRA. So thats why they ask, if you were IMBRA they want to know if you got the report or not.
