A timeline would be helpful too, as each embassy's processes can vary from here on out. For example you cannot call the JA embassy in Kingston to update info. You must email them. So please take some time to complete that so if you have further questions you can be directed to the proper country portal. and receive correct information.

I speak from my experience as well as from what I have been seeing. There's a small possibility it will take longer...as is anytime you are dealing with the Gov't

I got my NVC case number after I called later today. Although, when I went to crac.state.gov as advised to pay the fees, since I originally had a lawyer, I do not have to pay an avvadavit of support fee, although I still have to pay the IV fee for my fiancé, it stated Not Invoiced under that. When should I expect to pay that as I was made aware I can't take the DS 160 until the fee is paid.

Under the AOS Fee is stated EXEMPT and for the IV Fee it stated NOT INVOICED.

That's odd. The way I did it was complete the DS-160 and then I paid the fee immediately after. I would think you can pay that whenever but I'm not sure.

The DS-160 will be filled out under the Non-Immigrant part.

Cuz that's what it is technically even though they treat it like an Immigrant visa...
