Understood, also, where can i Get a 134 Form??

I will share some personal info just because it has to due with bringing my wife over, but I do have 1 legitimate tax return with a W-2 Income of $46,000 which is my most recent tax record, I haven't held a job like this as it is my first professional occupation. Would this be enough for them you think?

Go up to the top of the screen and click on the "form downloads". You'll find it there.

That would suffice for sure, since it is most recent AND that is definitely over the 125% poverty level. As long as you have just a plain tax return for other years, W-2 or no, the consulate officer will want to see them. I think he/she will very much look at the most recent. And that's the extent of my knowledge as far as taxes are concerned, so I am probably not a reliable resource for tax info stuffs :-s

I just spoke with NVC and they stated my case was just received, or inputted into there system at the very least, just yesterday 2/1/16, although my letter from USCIS states a notice date of 1/21/16. How much longer do you think my K1 will be at the NVC and thus, is it fair to assume that upon receiving my NVC Case number, my K1 petition will thus be on its way to the embassy.

Hi,

It took the NVC about 2 weeks to send my packet to my Fiance's embassy. Once the k1 packet arrives at the embassy, they will notify your fiance as well via mail.

It's normale I mean time is different how long applications take to be received buy nvc is different from one week to 4 so u justo wait I'm in the same step of process as u they did not give you new case number ?

It is normal for the whole NVC process....from NOA2 to embassy received.... to take 30 days or more. As we all know with immigration...nothing is guaranteed and process times can vary greatly. Don't stress, its being processed. Take this time and be sure you are prepared for interview. You'll have your case number soon and can complete the DS160 which will provide the embassy with the beneficiary info and contact info.

Once you have the Case Number issued by the NVC, your fiance can call the embassy and make sure they have everything updated for her.
