Do you guys know if those that heard about their i485 will hear about the EAD/AP at all or does it just sort of get neglected? It seems like all these people posting either a) heard that their i485 is ready to be scheduled for an interview or b) have no news on their i485. I haven't read about someone who had an i485 interview and also got news on their ead/ap afterwards.

Hey!

Actually i did! My i-485 updated 25th March to interview scheduled 29th april!

And 13th April EAD got approved...

I did not receive the card yet. Just the approval notice.

Card updates to mailed yesterday, but no tracking number.

Will there be any further update or can I expect the card tomorrow?

I got my EAD approved on April 15, but I didn't get any update for AP...

I'm concerned if I will get AP... :(

It will come along..it's only been 4 days. You'll hear something soon about AP or even better news. Good luck! :)

Hey guys!

It's such a good news hearing from you getting approved!

Update on mine: I got a job offer yesterday and decided to call USCIS to expedite my EAD. (Tho i'm expecting it to come soon since most of the early feb filers got theirs approved already) They said to wait for a response within 3 days.

Now i'm thinking, should I call the congresswoman today for assistance? Or should I just wait till the 3rd day? I was thinking of I call now, it'll help with the process and I *may* get approved within 3 days? (i know its possible since ive been reading experiences online. I just dont know if it'll help in my case)

What do you guys think?

Personally I'd wait for the 3rd day...that's a reasonable amount of time...if by then they don't do anything contact your congressman.

Oh that's awesome! Hope we get EAD/AP updates then! If the card was mailed yesterday, I would give it a few days. They mail everything USPS priority, so it should be there within a couple days. As far as the tracking number, some adjudicators chose to be helpful and put that in and sometimes they don't...I've also heard that people find their card in their mailbox and then they check the status of their EAD and it suddenly has the tracking number haha.

I would wait 3 days if you can--ask your employer if it's possible. Usually, you won't hear a response from the constituent representative working for your congresswoman until a week or so later, but it really depends on how busy their constituent services dept. is.

Sweet hallelujah!!!! I just got texts/emails from USCIS that my EAD and AP have been approved. Got the EAD text/email then an hour later the AP. This means I can attend my bachlorette in Toronto and I don't need to have it moved to Buffalo.

MOST OF ALL I can attend my wedding ceremony in July stress free! This makes up for all the stress of having to miss the ceremony. I am just so happy. When I got our RFIE I was so upset and today I am just relieved. Thanks for all the good vibes and moral support on VJ - I don't know what I would have done.

I also just had recruiter submit my resume for a job! Super excited. Just to happy and sending all my good vibes to you all!
