I have been a pretty avid lurker and have been reading up on everyone's stories. Congrats to everyone so far.

Just wanted to fill in my timeline here, in case people want to use it as reference:

2/20 Sent Package

2/28 NOA1

3/23 NOA1 Biometrics

4/18 EAD status changed to " New Card is being produced"

Haven't heard anything regarding AP or AOS. But all in good time.

Congrats on all getting good news on both EAD and green card!

Still waiting here, day 70 since case was received. Also I-485 is still on 'case is ready to be scheduled for an interview' since 15th March with no date scheduled.

If no update on EAD by next Monday I will contact USCIS

Had my interview today at 7.20 am in NYC and was there at 7:10 am (arrived at 6:45 am). A lady called us in. She sworned us first and then started to ask questions such as where we live, and checked the original documents that we presented as well as IDs and passports.

Then ahe asked who is the person signing for the affidavit and my mother was there. She asked her a couple of questions and then asked us if we filed taxes, we provided a copy and then she asked us to confirm all questions in the I-485, which answer was all NO!

Then she asked if we had any questions, we said no. Then she said that we should expect the card between 4-6 weeks if everything is OK.

Three hours later I receieved texts stating that the card was ordered and three hours later the card is in production.

So, I guess my journey is almost over and hope to receive the GC in a week or so--maximum 30 days :)
