That is so stupid , they should have told you all in the first RFE , looks like people in that office need to get more organized and realize what they do effect people's lives

I wish they would just tell me all at once what I need to send. Looks like they check a part of it, then send a RFE, then check another part and send another. I really hope this is the last one though.

Omg, what the hell. That seems SO inefficient.

As someone else stated though, good on you for remaining so upbeat. I know I wouldn't be nearly as calm. Hope this gets straightened out STAT.

Yes, very inefficient.

Maybe it has to do with what I previously sent since it was so fast. They got the response on March 29 and now I already have another one.

Oh well !! I'm at their mercy, so I'll just comply with what they ask and wait my turn.

Hey everybody I am February filer like most of you. I had done my biomectric on the March 9, 2016 and the USCIS online status change to "case ready to schedule for interview" on the March 19, 2016.

Some sad updates about my case. It seems that my I-485 package is lost somewhere between the lockbox and USCIS :-(

The receipt number for my I-485 package never worked when I tried to check my status online. I called USCIS several times and every time I was told to wait for 45 days and it will show up. It never did!

Yesterday was the 46th day. I called and after being on hold for an hour and talking to different people, I was told there is no record of my I-485 package in their system. The package was received by the lockbox, hence I got the I-797 and the check was cashed, but it was never entered to the system. They told me to contact the lockbox via email and asked them what's happened to my case, which I did. I'm not sure when I'm going to hear back from them :-(

Does anyone know the phone number of Chicago lockbox?

oh NO!!!! It sucks to hear that kind of news.really hope and wish u get a good news soon or try to contact ur Congress men... Edited by Heley

I got the RFIE letter and it's completely unrelated to the first one.

Now it's the income that does not meet the 125%.

I sent in some assets to make up the difference, but I guess I need to send more.

Yes! At least that was one good thing. I got the internet notice today, but it was mailed last week.

Others have posted that is the order they send the updates it's kinda odd.

I just got a text message (re: I-765) saying the same! Oh the wonders of USCIS.

Ok this is really weird, just got another email, this is the 3rd one. states there as been a recent processing action taken on our case.

I got morning texts and emails that my I-131 and I-765 were processed and an hour ago got texts saying they were approved!!!

I am quite happy as I need to travel by mid May!!!

I will have my interview next Monday!!! Anyone here from NYC?

I got morning texts and emails that my I-131 and I-765 were processed and an hour ago got texts saying they were approved!!!

I am quite happy as I need to travel by mid May!!!

I will have my interview next Monday!!! Anyone here from NYC?

I'm close to it. My case will probably be processed there.

But, I have the feeling I will receive a second biometrics letter... My Biometrics was a code 2...

And my fingerprints fees were received on April 1st, 2 days after my biometrics appointement. I really hope if I get another letter it won't be next week. I am leaving for Florida Friday!

March 4th, 2016: NOA 1 for all 3 applications

March 11th, 2016: Hardcopies with all 3 receipt Numbers received

March 30th, 2016: Biometrics (as a code 2, Maybe have to go again?)

April 25th, 2016: Walk in for the SECOND Biometrics appoinment (Code 3 this time, Officer was not the happiest but told us to come back at noon and he'd let us in.)

May 16th, 2016: Submitted Service Request for I-765

June 8th, 2016: Called USCIS concerning delay, officer put another request in and said the previous one would like be ignored as it was created through their website.

June 21st, 2016: Contacted both NY Senators.

July 1st, 2016: RFIE for I-485.

July 8th, 2016; Sent Evidence Requested by USCIS. (Received July 13th)

July 15th, 2016; Emergency Advance Parole due to Family Emergency

July 27th, 2016; Contacted USCIS Ombudsman as my I-765 has been pending for 5 months.

July 30th,2016; EAD/AP have been approved!

So happy for you!! I'm also a NYC filer. And also was approved today.

Do you have any idea when we will receive our card? What does your uscis account say?
