We got an RFE on 31st March, received today. They need most recent tax returns and pay stubs from the sponsor..

Still nothing on EAD/AP.

Your timeline seems to be the closest to mine. I cannot believe it took them THAT long to send you an RFE. That's insane and makes me super worried about my own.

Ugh. I hope it's an easy fix for you. I assume you've done your taxes now so just need to send in the updated information?

K1, EAD/AP + AOS + ROC = 0 RFE's

It's probably going to varied a lot now because it's up to each individual ASC to provide interview dates or send straight to green card and such.

Hold onto your hat its going to be a bumpy ride!!

but don't worry you'll get through it :luv:

Goolia, I understand your feeling. I did my bio on 7th March(early walk in). The appointment should be 18th March. Till now, my 485 is still stay the same as they received my finger fee on 24th Feb.

I use the case tracker app to search 500 application numbers around me, most of them get REF or changed into ready for interview, but mine never change. So frustrating!

My graduation from university is in June so I'm hoping I get to go too !! We still have time though I don't have anything in my calendar until tomorrow two weeks from bio then on the 24th a month from bio that's when I see a lot of people hearing news on USCIS. Anything sooner is a bonus I say !

That's a good attitude! I should be more patient, but it's definitely difficult.

Its great to see most of you being approved with AOS! I filed mine on the 26th and havent heard anything yet after biometrics. I'm adjusting from B1 and I think it's a faster process from K1 since you have done the interview in your home country already.

Anybody else here adjusting from B1/B2?

Congrats to everybody for all the good news. :dancing:

The RFIE I got definitely slowed things down since I did my biometrics a month ago and still no update on the petitions. Oh well, as long as I don't get any more RFE's and they like what I sent, I guess they'll eventually get to me.

I know, everything takes so long it doesn't surprise me anymore. Took them three weeks just for my NOA1! Yes I will just send the most recent tax return and a few pay stubs and hopefully it will be OK. I don't mind how long AOS takes I just am going insane not being able to work so wish they would approve my EAD...

My NOA1 took close to that as well! SO frustrating. Oh I am in the same boat. They can take however long they want with my GC, I just want to make a visit home and be able to drive here.

I see you're in the northeast as well. I assume offices in this part of the country are a lot busier :(.
