AOS Interview - what do i need to take?

Do i need to take any medical examination proof (before i came to the country - part of K1 VISA), do i need to take the evidence packet from k1 visa and aos packet evidence??

What will they ask me?

if approved how long will the green card take to arrive?

A lot of us who are still waiting could say the same to you. Be grateful that your application moved that quickly. Read up on the interview stories - I have yet to see one where someone had a bad experience. It seems to be an easy peasy process and a lot of people have their interviews cancelled even after their case updates to "interview ready to be scheduled."

K1, EAD/AP + AOS + ROC = 0 RFE's

True , I was just saying :)

I'm not worried about the actual interview as I know mine and my husbands actions are noble , it's just his job let's say is a ****** and I hope he can just get that day off and not get fired

We just got an update on case status saying we were approved and the card is on the way. I guess no interview? Reading some other responses that seems like that can happen.

I'm assuming this will be the 2-year temporary card and there will be an interview when my wife needs to get the 10-year?

Congrats! It seems like (with the exception of MASH), those that had biometric appts in early March are being processed for green cards now!

Yes, you will get the 2 year temporary card, and I don't believe there's another interview to get the 10 year...not sure about this though.

I'm sorry if that came off as snarky, this process is putting my otherwise calm and patient demeanour to the test haha.

Okay. I thought you were nervous about the actual interview bit. You already did the k1 so this one should be super simple! As for the taking a day off - that does indeed blow. Like I said though, you may find out that yours gets cancelled.

great how many got already approved without interview... Congrats to all :)

and Mash - wow that was super fast, but just fair :)

I am slowly getting nervous for the 29th.. just hope my EAD will get approved anytime soon so I might get my SSN before and we can put me on some of our bills. :)

but no changes there. guess i am at day 63 now
