Has anyone here had experience with changing your address? I know you have to mail a form and do something online I'm not sure.

We're moving to New York at the end of April so I was wondering when I should start submitting those forms...

I just changed my address online. I did two separate (one for my husband 130 and one for me 485,131,765). Do it online! Its better and more efficient :)

No, still waiting on a hardcopy of the RFE... hope it's not 2015 tax trascript.

If so, I'm planning on filing for an extension and will send it to USCIS with an explanation letter stating that we can't file taxes at the moment because my husband is self employed and hasn't gotten 1099 forms yet...

Yes it is. I personally know a person who's gotten 3 RFEs....

Oh I see--that's a tricky situation. And omg 3 RFEs....that's awful!!! 1 is more than enough!

February filers, I've also been stalking the January filers and a few of the K-1's are getting their green card approved really fast! Here's a timeline I copied from a January poster:

"NOA-1: 01-27

Bio: 02-25

production: 03-22

No RFE's

No other status updates on the website. Went straight from fingerprint fee to production.

EAD and AP will be denied in the next few days I'm sure."

I hope so too!

I wonder who that would be  . Beware folks, I went through the Norfolk office and they are pretty fast.

Just ordered my husbands 2015 tax transcripts just incase our co sponsors taxes are not done yet so I'm hoping we don't get an RFE for that.

Hold onto your hat its going to be a bumpy ride!!

but don't worry you'll get through it :luv:

I did my bio on March 2nd, and have not received anything at all. what concerns me is that when I look up my case online it still says "Noa received" there has not been a single update even though I already got and did my biometrics.

Bio does not get updated or mentioned online. It will stay at fingerprint fee (I-485) or NOA (EAD/AP).

In the same boat. As others have said, there won't really be any updates which imo, is what makes this process far more frustrating than the K1. At least with that you receive updates every once in a while.

I'd say if we don't hear anything about an RFE in the next couple weeks though, we're in the clear. *crosses fingers* *totally expecting an RFE though*

I also did it online and I have been receiving letters to my new address since then.

Make sure that when you change the I-130, you do it under the petitioner's name (the US spouse).

The other forms are under the beneficiary's (immigrant) name.

Nope, my date for everything still says Feb 18th even though the Bio letter was also dated after that.

Hi everyone, just an update on my AOS timeline. NOA for I-485, I-765 and I-131 were all on Feb 10th. Biometrics letter on Feb 20th and I did my biometrics on appointment date Mar 8th.

On the USCIS website my I-485 case has been updated (as of Mar 16th) to say "Case is ready to be scheduled for a interview" but no update on EAD/AP yet. Also no letter yet with interview date.

It's good that my case is being worked on I guess, but it could still be some time before I receive any cards or even have the interview.
