It seems like it may be dependent on the adjudicator for whether or not they send you an RFE based on 2015 taxes. I remember iPod got one recently, but it was for something minor on the I485 form, even though I don't think s/he actually filed 2015 taxes either.

Has anyone here had experience with changing your address? I know you have to mail a form and do something online I'm not sure.

We're moving to New York at the end of April so I was wondering when I should start submitting those forms...

My husband did his during his citizenship process. It was pretty simple, just did it online and a few days later he received a hard copy confirming the change

Crossing my fingers I don't get one of those ? I sent a lot of info on assets too so hopefully they won't worry about taxes seeing that!

I don't think it's that important. I sent around 100 pages of paperwork that could barely fit in the envelope. I even sent copies of vehicle titles that we co-own but still got an RFE.....

The more and more I read, I come to realization that it all (your luck) depends on the adjudicator... :ranting::ranting::ranting::ranting:

Yes we just went to h&r block and had our taxes done yesterday. We asked for a copy and sent it to USCIS straight after we left the office.

H&r block made it pretty straightforward. Hopefully next year we can do them ourselves.

Yeah I did mine with H&R block too, and it was really easy online. Plus, it was free for me :)

February filers, I've also been stalking the January filers and a few of the K-1's are getting their green card approved really fast! Here's a timeline I copied from a January poster:

"NOA-1: 01-27

No RFE's
No other status updates on the website. Went straight from fingerprint fee to production.
EAD and AP will be denied in the next few days I'm sure."

No, still waiting on a hardcopy of the RFE... hope it's not 2015 tax trascript.

If so, I'm planning on filing for an extension and will send it to USCIS with an explanation letter stating that we can't file taxes at the moment because my husband is self employed and hasn't gotten 1099 forms yet...
