Just received my Biometrics interview date for February 25th.

Did you register in My case in USCIS? If so, did you see anything in that regard? I saw your timeline and says that you got your NOA on Feb. 02, I hope that I will get mine soon... ???

Woo hoo I finally sent my AOS envelope today. Ugh it's been a long road already, almost 2 years gathering everything. Hope the process goes smooth. Keeping my fingers crossed. Hoping to get 10 year permanent card...

Just joining in... I'm a February 2016 AOS filer as well. I've been reading people's post here and I thought I'd share my story and timeline as well.

Apr 2012 Obtained a TN1 Status at the Blaine, WA border crossing (from BC, Canada)

Nov 2014 Met my partner on Match and started dating

Apr 2015 Renewed my TN1 Status

Nov 2015 Married my partner who is a US citizen

Jan 2016 Honeymoon/vacation outside the US

2/1/2016 Sent package (I-485, I-130, I-765, and I-131) to Chicago Lockbox via FedEx

2/3/2016 (Day 1) Received by Chicago Lockbox per FedEx tracking

2/8/2016 (Day 5) Text message received by spouse who filed I-130. Receipt number provided (starts with MSC)

2/9/2016 (Day 6) Checks processing as per online banking. Unable to check status on the USCIS website using the receipt number received

2/10/2016 (Day 7) Now able to check status online, indicating "Fingerprint Fee was received" and that the National Benefits Center is working on my case

2/12/2016 (Day 9) NOA received by mail for I-485, I-130, I-765, and I-131. Priority Date indicated on the I-485 and I-130: 2/3/2016

Now, I'm waiting for the biometrics appointment letter.

I'm hoping to get my green card before June 2016, so I can attend a wedding in Toronto. Well, we'll see...

3/2014 - Renewed TN Status, as passport expiring

8/8/2015 - Got Married!!

2/1/2016 - Sent in I-130/I-485/I-131/I-765 through UPS

2/3/2016 - UPS confirms delivered

2/8/2016 - Received NOA1 for all 4 documents, e-mail and texts

2/12/2016 - Recieved NOA1 hard copies in mail

2/22/2016 - Recieved Biometrics letter in mail for 3/4/2016

3/4/2015 - Biometrics done

3/14/2016 - Online status changed for I-485 to Ready to Schedule for Interview

4/7/2016 - Online status changed to interview scheduled, date given early May

4/8/2016 - Online status, EAD approved

4/11/2016 - Interview letter arrived in mail, hardcopy

4/12/2016 - Online status, EAD and AP letter being mailed out

4/14/2016 - EAD and AP arrived, card and letter in hand

5/10/2016 - Interview in LA

5/12/2016 - Online status updated, I-485 and I-130 approved

5/16/2016 - Received Welcome letter in mail

6/10/2016 - Received PRC (Green card) in mail... yay!!!

2/20/2018 - I-751 applied

3/7/2018 - NOA 1 1 year extension

8/2018 - NOA 2 18 mth extension

2/28/2019 - Received I-751 approval document - CSC

7/1/2019 - Still have not received actual green card, though approved. Spoke to USCIS MANY times, no resolution

8/1/2019 Began writing to senators and congressman

8/31/2019 Received 10 year green card (ended up being an IT problem from USICS, senator notified me of this)

I thought you could only call if it's been 30 days or more?

I called them 2 days ago and they said you have to wait 10 days for NOA1 to see if they are even working on it

K-1 Visa Process (182 days from I-129F filed -> Visa in Hand)

 

 

May 10th, 2015: Got Engaged!

June 12th 2015: Fiance filed I-129F, June 19th, 2015: (NOA1) Received at California Service Center

July 23rd, 2015: (NOA2) NVC received

Aug 31st, 2015: NVC Approved and fwd case to consulate in Montreal. MTL case # given.

Sept 8th, 2015: MTL received and sent P3 by mail, Sept 18th, 2015: P3 received in mail, Sept 18th, 2015: DS-160 completed and P3 documents sent by e-mail

Sept 21st, 2015: P3 Approved. Received P4 by e-mail, Sept 21st, 2015: Booked K-1 Visa interview for December 2nd, 2015!!

Oct 2nd, 2015: Booked Medical in Toronto for November 12th, 2015

Nov. 12th, 2015: Medical done in Toronto, ON with Dr Lyndon Mascarenhas. Highly recommend him!!

Nov. 17th, 2015: Medical results delivered by Purolator

Dec. 2nd, 2015: Interview in Montreal... APPROVED!!!!

Dec. 9th, 2015: CEAC status changed to Issued!

Dec. 11th, 2015: Ready for pickup at Waterloo location. Picked up and Visa in Hand!

 

K-1 AOS Process (72 days from I-485 filed -> Green Card in Hand)
