Yay I'm glad we all got ours. MASH, have you received yours? Ours has a notice date of 3/12 for biometrics in Raleigh, NC on 3/31. Did we decide that doing walkins actually speeds up the process or no?

i have no idea lol

Some people say it does and some say not at all

I was just trying to avoid the Elizabeth office since it's crazy busy haha

My husband wants us to stay put and wait but he knows how impatient I am

Just checked my mail n I was screaming for joy , I was like AHHHHH OMG OMG OMG lol

My appointment is on March 28th on Easter Monday

My notice date was also March 12th as well , weird how are bio dates is not the same since we have everything else the same lol

I wonder if they are open on the weekend just so I can see if I can just do a walk in

Mine is in Dallas,Tx

It doesn't actually speed things up. Apparently, they will not look at your application again until after the date of your actual appointment. I still would have preferred a walk in though. If not just to pick my own day/time and who knows, it might speed things up after all and you're not really losing anything by going earlier.

I knew in my heart it would take just 2 weeks to get it so I didn't give up hope , so I am hoping to do a walkin this weekend if they are even open on the weekends since my husbands job is iffy on off days

I think the bio dates are definitely dependent on the center that you're going to and how they plan on distributing the load of cases coming in to their office. GLAD YOU GOT IT!!!

I actually did a happy dance in the hallway. I was expecting the letter either today or tomorrow! My husband is just happy because the appointment is a 9 am so he'll have the rest of the day to just be lazy.

I think people go in early mostly for convenience, I would too but my date works just right

Same with mine lol, he is happy it's at 10 am that way he can just take a half day and just go back to work since he only has 4 hrs of vacation left this month

Hey MASH, we have not received it yet--we just found out it was approved earlier this week and will be sent to us probably next week. It's not related at all to your biometrics, so you're all set if you already have one! You can bring it as one of the IDs to your appointment if you want

Wow they took long I just went to the office and I just approved that day and they give me the letter saying I will get it in 2 weeks at the office

Yeah we had a hold up because my husband has 6 names, and his middle name was combined with his first name on his I-94. It shouldn't take 2 months to resolve that issue, but that's what happened unfortunately.
