I'm always home when the mail carrier shows up. It's so hard not to run up and grab my mail right away! I want that biometrics letter!

August 2011: Started talking to Brian
June 1st, 2012: Started dating (L)
July 29th 2012: Saw each other for the first time, met Family
August 2013: Got engaged
July 2014: Sent 1-129F petition
July 29th, 2014: Received NOA1.
February 5th, 2015: NOA2!
April 16th, 2015: Medical in Montréal
May 15th, 2015; Interview- APPROVED!
June 22nd, 2015: POE at Champlain Border

September 4th, 2015: Wedding! :dancing:

AOS/EAD/AP

February 20th, 2016: AOS/EAD/AP Package sent! (Received 2/25, yay for USPS delays!)

March 4th, 2016: NOA 1 for all 3 applications

March 11th, 2016: Hardcopies with all 3 receipt Numbers received

March 30th, 2016: Biometrics (as a code 2, Maybe have to go again?)

April 25th, 2016: Walk in for the SECOND Biometrics appoinment (Code 3 this time, Officer was not the happiest but told us to come back at noon and he'd let us in.)

May 16th, 2016: Submitted Service Request for I-765

June 8th, 2016: Called USCIS concerning delay, officer put another request in and said the previous one would like be ignored as it was created through their website.

June 21st, 2016: Contacted both NY Senators.

July 1st, 2016: RFIE for I-485.

July 8th, 2016; Sent Evidence Requested by USCIS. (Received July 13th)

July 15th, 2016; Emergency Advance Parole due to Family Emergency

July 27th, 2016; Contacted USCIS Ombudsman as my I-765 has been pending for 5 months.

July 30th,2016; EAD/AP have been approved!

Hey everybody I am February filer like most of you. I had done my biomectric on the March 9, 2016 and the USCIS online status change to "case ready to schedule for interview" on the March 19, 2016.

Then i wouldn't worry too much. No news is kind of good news in a way from what I've read. At least you haven't gotten an RFE :)

I-485 Feb 10 Fingerprint Fee was received

I-130 Feb 5 Case was received

I-131 Feb 5 Case was received

I-765 Feb 5 Case was received

even nothin has changed ever since I keep updating it 10 times a day... ;)

Is there another site other than USCIS.gov that I can be checking my case status on?

07/27/2015 - Mailed I-129F

7/30/2015 - USPS Confirmation of delivery to Texas Lockbox

8/3/2015 - Text confirmation of receipt (woo!) packet sent to California

8/14/2015 - Email confirmation of approval (NOA2). Only took 11 days!!

9/9/2015 - NVC received packet (no case number yet)

9/14/2015 - Case number received!

10/9/2015 - Packet 3 sent out!

10/27/2015 - Jason goes for medical, all clear!

11/2/2015 - Touch

11/7/2015 - Assigned interview date for December 8th

12/8/2015 - Approved at interview!

1/19/2016 - US entry

1/21/2016 - Married legally!

2/3/2016 - Sent out AOS. Fingers crossed!

2/11/2016 - Text confirmation of receipt and check cashed

3/9/2016 - Biometrics appointment

Do you get a notification that says they've mailed bio letters?

No, you don't but you can see when last time they touched your case on the USCIS.gov and it usually will indicate that they sent you your Biometrics letter if it was a recent update.

07.2012: First met my future husband

02.12.2016: Sent AOS/EAD package

02.16.2016: Priority date on NOA1

02.22.2016: NOA1 Texts/emails received

I don't think you should. I completed my Biometrics on March 7th and there hasn't been any recent updates on the uscis.gov. the last update is dated 02.22.2016....

i'm convincing myself that it's a good news.

Glad to hear things are progressing for people!

WORSE news over here... I was intending to go walk in to the biometrics place this morning, but while making dinner last night I chopped a chunk out of my left pointer finger!!! ARGGGH what rotten luck!!! I'm going to schedule an INFOPASS appointment and try to do the walk-in for Monday. It was bleeding something awful when I changed the bandaid this morning :( Damn carrots and their tiny roll-y bodies...

I didn't get a notification either! It just surprised me by coming in the mail, I had no idea it would be so quick. I actually missed my Bio appointment, but there's still no updates to my case other than the received fee.
