I called today and she told me I need to wait thirty days. Also she was very rude and made me feel like an idiot. This process is really getting to me the K1 was way better for me.

That is not true unless u did not ship it to a lock box if you did it's only 10 bus days

I mailed mine out the same day and it got delivered by yesterday as well, I'll let u know when I got my NOA1 so it gives u abit of a heads up on urs

I filed last Wednesday delivered on Friday. Waiting on the text/email.

Had a successful biometrics appointment today in Tampa FL. Brought my appointment letter, ID (passport), and marriage certificate (they didn't ask for it). Got there around 10:30am, got out at 12pm. It was pretty painless overall.

I think she was both because I shipped to a lockbox but nothing has happened to the check yet so I'm holding onto that.

I honestly think I had the same girl on the phone prev when I used to call, I honestly think that girl should not work for them if she is going to be rude

2/29/2016 UPDATE:

I just completed my biometrics this morning in West Sacramento, CA. My appointment was at 11:00 AM. I showed up at the reception at 10:40 AM and was asked for my biometrics notice and government-issued ID, so I provided the letter and used my California driver's license. I filled out a one-page Application Information Worksheet, then I was given a number and was told to wait for my number to be called. There were approximately 20 people in front of me but the wait wasn't that bad since three employees were taking the photo and doing the fingerprints. The process took less than five minutes but with the waiting, I was there for about 30 minutes.

I guess the next one is the interview... Oh, and I'm waiting of my EAD and AP document as well -- which according to the estimated time frame given by this website would be around the week of April 24.

2/1/2016 Sent package (I-485, I-130, I-765, and I-131) to Chicago Lockbox via FedEx

2/3/2016 (Day 1) Received by Chicago Lockbox per FedEx tracking

2/8/2016 (Day 6) Text message received by spouse who filed I-130. Receipt number provided (starts with MSC)

2/9/2016 (Day 7) Checks processing as per online banking. Unable to check status on the USCIS website using the receipt number received

2/10/2016 (Day 8) Now able to check status online, indicating "Fingerprint Fee was received" and that the National Benefits Center is working on the case

2/12/2016 (Day 10) NOA received by mail for I-485, I-130, I-765, and I-131. Priority Date indicated on the I-485 and I-130: 2/3/2016

2/22/2016 (Day 20) Letter received for biometrics appointment - scheduled for 2/29

2/29/2016 (Day 27) Biometrics completed

I have a question for those who received NOA1. Is there alien number listed on the receipt?

It's been 24 days since our case status changed to "fingerprint fee received" and we still haven't gotten a biometrics appointment. I called USCIS and they said it's normal, and they can't take action till it's been 30 days. Ugh, oh well. The Seattle field office is taking over 8 months for the I-485 anyway, so I guess this isn't surprising. Just annoying.

It was an appointment. While I was there a couple of people tried to walk in and the security were not nice and gave them a really hard time about it.

Received NOA1 hard copies today. It confirms they received them Februay 8th yet only decided to notify me February 23rd...
