Have u called them recently?

I reached out to our senator and they send out an inquiry few weeks ago. USCIS told them that our case is still pending background check. Congratulations for your approval! Although seeing people filed after us get approved do make me feel anxious, I'm truly happy for all of you guys. No one should wait for so long during this process.

NOA1 - 2/19/16

Biometrics Appt - 3/17/16 (Successful Walk-in 3/7/16)

RFE - 3/18/16

Service request for EAD due to job offer - 4/28/16

AP - Approval notice 4/28/16

6/20 - EAD/AP card received (finally)

8/15 - interview scheduled for 9/23

8/22 - interview canceled

11/2 - interview rescheduled for 12/7

11/14 - interview canceled (AGAIN!!!!)

Hi all,

My husband finally received his green card in the mail today with no interview! For those still waiting, keep your head up and try contacting your congressman/woman if you haven't already. I'd like to believe that is what got the ball rolling again on our case.

It's time for me to renew my EAD because of pending I485, what I've read is we must renew our EAD before 90days current EAD expired. Has anyone of us done with the renewal of EAD? Please help me, I don't want to get in trouble, I want to keep my job while waiting for I485 approval. Thank in Advance.

Sigh, probably also have to renew EAD soon. Latest update from Processing Times website for Denver:
As of October 31st, processing January 19th, so if we assume they didn't slow down horribly over Thanksgiving & Christmas...
As of November 31st, should be processing February 19th
As of December 31st, should be processing March 19th

I'm a February 22nd case. Here's hoping something comes next week and nothing is wrong with my case.

So according to the latest processing time(Feb. 19) that USCIS just updated. Our case is officially out of normal processing time. I'm kind of giving up contacting different departments for help. USCIS will just reply the similar useless information to us.
