Too bad it doesn't work that way....

It worked so far for me so I'm just being positive and hoping for the best :)

Looking for some advice. My husband filed for AOS Feb 18, 2016. He did his biometrics March 15 and recieved his EAD May 1. We still have not heard anything regarding is i-485. We have tried to call and all they tell us is that it's within the processing time. Except that on the processing times for the Buffalo field office, it says that as of June 30th, they were working on i-485 with dates as of February 10. Am I not understanding the processing times tables correctly? Anyone have any advice on what we should do here?

I would personally contract your congressman because your office has surpassed febuary 18th cases... Even tho as of June 30th they were on feb 10th cases I know fine well that in the past 2 months they have surpassed feb 18th cases it don't take no 2months to work threw 8days worth of cases so I'm fairly sure there probably currently on atleast March cases by now... You can also call Uscis request to be transferred to a teir 2 and ask them if your case has even been transfered yet... If it's still siting at NBC and not been transferred then they won't schedule your interview for you until the local office recieved it
