I spoke with tier 2 offer maybe couple of weeks back and she told me that my case is with in normal processing time. Since Philadelphia field office is still processing cases from November 2015. And then when I asked her if my case has been transferred to Philadelphia office, she told me that my case is still with MSC. I wonder what is taking them so long. I attached FBI clearance letter as well with my case, I got that letter before my k1 interview in canada

Don't trust their words! After I received the letter about my service request told me that I stuck at FBI name check, I called them again to ask about my case, they told me my case is in normal process, then I told him that I just received the letter tells me the reason, then he changed his words into FBI name check. Most of the times they don't really look into your case. So I suggest you raise a service request.

I find it very hard to be on line waiting to talk to tier 2 agent and then they telling me it is in normal time frame. I tried it online but I could not do it for the same reason!

Our cases are less Han 6 months, thus we can't do it online, but those officers can do it for you if they are nice!

Finally!!!! I got an RFIE six weeks ago, an RFE three weeks ago, both to do with the i485 which paused my I765. When I sent the RFE documents I also sent an employment offer I have received and a rather emotional letter talking about how I need to work so I can start a life and look to the future with my wife. Apparently it worked!! I765 status changed today to "new card is being produced and will be mailed to you"

Don't even care about the green card at the moment, just can't wait for it to get here!!!!!

Good luck to the remaining Feb filers, I know what it's like, I've virtually lived in the congressmans office over the last month!

Late February filer. My husband received notice that his green card was approved yesterday. We didn't have to go in for an interview. So glad this is behind us now. It's been a 12 year process getting here. It was worth the wait.

Good luck to everyone out there waiting patiently.
