Sadly I had to do 2 cause my husbands bank only allow $1000 limit for 1 cheque so I made one for $985 which is the amount for the AOS and another $85 for the biometrics which I wrote it on the piece of paper so they know about the 2 cheques

Well everyone I am mailing out my package again today and THIS TIME I also put a letter stating what the amount is and made it in a way they will be able to read it and what the 2 cheques are for , I'm hoping I don't wait super long and they will give me my NOA1 ASAP

I called them today hoping that will put some fire under their butts. They transferred me and did a call back and a man checked my name and alien number said nothing yet so hopefully they will look into it. He said call back on Monday if I don't hear anything.

Ok. That should work. Your total amount is the same as my single check was. Should be just fine.

I just got back from the post office and they said they should have it on feb 27th which is a Saturday but I don't think they will look at it till Monday though

I guess we would have the same timeline. Mailed mine yesterday, will arrive Feb 26( friday). Doubt they will look at it until Monday.

I am guessing the same as well but I hope we hear something in less then 10 days so if we're lucky we will get something by March 9th

Nothing yet, and the check still hasn't been cashed. I'm hoping to hear something by early next week, but will try not to worry if it takes a little longer. It sounds like the NOAs have been all over the place--some people have gotten them in 4 business days, others in three weeks.

Yes, hopefully we'll get NOAs next week. I'll post here if there is any news. Fingers crossed!

Had my biometrics appointment today. Wasn't busy there was only two people ahead of me and I was done within 20 minutes. The reception asked for my appointment letter, ID (passport) and THANK GOD I remembered/thought to bring my marriage certificate because they asked for that too because I applied in my married name (different from passport). He asked to see my hands (still don't know why?) and then told me to hand sani them lol. Filled out some personal information on a form brought everything back up to him he paper clipped it with a number tag on it and I waited until my number was called. They took my finger prints--he kept having to redo them when doing the rolled version because he couldn't get a perfect match; it probably would have went better if my fingers weren't attached to my hands (he didn't respond to that joke).

Then he took my picture and gave me everything back and told me to fill out some survey. Now to wait some more

Probably checking for cuts or injuries that may interfere with taking your fingerprints. It mentions on the biometrics letter that they have the right to reschedule you if you do.

JUST RECEIVED MY BIO. APPT!!! SO EXCITED!!!

It looks like USCIS is flying through with my case!

I am schedule to go March 7 at 11am, but I want to do a walk-in probably tomorrow!! My ASC is in Atlanta, GA.

Anybody know where I can get experience feedback on doing a walk-in in Atlanta?

I have been there twice but on the date of my appt. Really nervous! What should I do?

Anybody else didn't get their hard copies NOA1 after 10 days or more?

From most people's timeline, they got theirs after 4 days.

It's been 10 days for me and I didn't get anything in the mail yet.

I would wait for another 4 days and they might just give u ur bio letter in 4 days

I hope so! Especially since they never sent me the email for the I-485, I was waiting to see what the hard copies were going to say.Thanks!
